Parts/Branch Support Specilaist
Position Summary Performs a wide variety of administrative and labor tasks for all departments as directed by branch management.
Primary Duties include performing parts warehouse responsibilities including shipping and receiving duties.
Also maintaining all branch yard functions to include the movement and tracking of inventory assets plus maintaining an organized clean and safe equipment yard.
Essential Functions Responsible for all shipping and receiving SR duties as signed by your supervisor.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Responsible for daily till process and reporting to accounting.
Maintain petty cash as assigned by supervisor.
Misc.
tasks supporting the Sales department that may including communicating with sales customers in the store over the phone and by email.
Take and fulfill all sales department walkin customer questions.
Responsible for communication and dealing with the sales department to coordinate all rentals leaving the branch.
o This includes all relevant paperwork and electronic inventory tracking programs.
Perform all department asset inventory transfers DIT checkouts for the branch.
Perform all sales DIT check inouts.
o Once completed communicate findings with the service and sales departments regarding the return status of the equipment to service department to clean and inspect.
Responsible for maintaining and managing all yard inventory including Whole Goods Parts Service and OEM assets.
Perform Service Writing duties as assigned.
Parts Administrator duties as assigned.
Other Functions Help with invoicing service work orders as needed.
Cleaning rental machine returns.
Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma andor Associates Degree Two years of equivalent experience.
Must have the ability to work as a team.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Willingly asks questions and seeks direction.
Understands and meets quality standards.
Follow detailed instructions and reports any deviation to Supervisor.
Ability to multitask.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
Physical Effort Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to pounds occasionally andor up to pounds frequently.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
