Maintenance Manager
Full time Maintenance Manager The ultimate mission of Maintenance Manager is to keep the hotels running smoothly with a well trained successful staff while providing excellent customer service and exceeding guests expectations.
Responsible for Maintenance department hire lead and train staff Obtain and present cost effective proposals for maintainingrepairing all systems throughout hotels Perform preventive maintenance in all guest rooms public areas and Garden Followup and complete work orders Perform routine maintenance around the hotel pavilion and garden areas including plumbing electrical painting HVAC carpet cleaning and pool cleaningmaintenance Work with banquet department to ensure a quality experience for event guests Be familiar with all hotel services to respond to guest inquiries accurately and efficiently Take responsibility for the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel like the car park and pool Always keep an eye out for improvements follow the preventative maintenance calendar and keep everything working and efficient at all times Must have minimum of year of experience Good attitude confidence in work able to listen to superiors and focus on task at hand HVAC Knowledge Basic maintenance knowledge drywall repair plumbing hotel ice machines basic restaurant equipment knowledge chemicals and safety with chemicals Sprinkler system OSHA Knowledge.
customer service work well alone and be a multitasker able to prioritize and organize to complete tasks efficiently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
