Job SummaryBasic Function Marketing and Publicity Implement identified recruitment marketing branding strategies to attract applicants Manage and improve online content considering SEO Search Engine Optimization Plan and manage social media and social media campaigns Track measure and report on campaign results Research marketing and advertising trends in the targeted markets identifying the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching the specified market Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels Make and edit promotional videos as well as promotional posts and content for social media.
Admission Maintain database for tracking prospective students Implement an effective communication plan to follow up with prospective and accepted students through application completion and orientation Track and report data on yield results Assist when necessary with the processing of prospective students and application data entry into the student information system and imaging system.
Assist in preparing and delivering new international student orientation Build Online Orientation Google Forms.
Track Organize make sure students submit correct documents for Arrival to US.
Recruitment Assist in planning local recruiting events Research trends and growth opportunities in international markets Assist in the development of promotional materials and strategies for improving international enrollment Assist in coordinating recruitment programs such as campus visits discovery days scholarship awarding programs summer admissions programs and other new programs.
Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of International Student and Scholar Center Required Qualifications A bachelors degree in marketing communication advertising or a related field Minimum of oneyear experience in developing marketing andor communication content Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree with year of experience in higher education or related field Experience working in higher education admissions or marketing Knowledge in the development of messaging aligned to international audiences Ability to problem solve and research solutions Ability to travel to local recruitment locations Attention to detail writing listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use Video Editing software produce unique content for social media.
