Ability to do the work of a Motor Vehicle Operator Supervisor without more than normal supervision. Ability to Lead or Supervise - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. To meet the screen out element, applicants should document experience or show the ability to do the following:
skill in workforce planning, training and employee development, administrative and employee management, and operation of motor vehicles. Prioritize workload based off future deadlines, identifying training needs, and operating the full range of gasoline and diesel powered vehicles. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
