LABORER
Job Description: All Star Striping is a small, highly versatile and rapidly growing Ogden, Utah based Pavement Marking Company. Our services include: parking lot striping, road striping, sign installation, and striping removal. Shifts include LONG days, most weekends and many nights during peak season. We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated hard working team member with a positive attitude and Old Fashion Work Ethic . You know, the kind of individual who takes personal pride in a hard day's work for fair pay and actually looks forward to working in a company from the ground up.
An individual who has the philosophy of If you can't do it right the first time, when are you going to have time to do it over? Full disclosure, the bar is really high in this Company. We are known for excellence and performance. Do you strive for Excellence? Can you perform in high pressure, high stress, fast paced environments? Candidate MUST be punctual, have strong safety awareness and attention to quality detail.

Qualifications:
Must be Insurable - Clean Motor Vehicle Record
Must Have a valid Driver s License
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test ( upon conditional Job Offer). Upon Employment, must pass Random Drug Screens
Regular lifting 50-100 lbs.
Must be punctual Must have a flexible schedule
Display Positive Attitude
Health Benefits after a probationary period.
Pay = $12+/ Hr DOE and Prevailing Wage (Davis Bacon) applies to various jobs.
SIMPLE IRA & Match.
Salary: $12.00

Familiar with construction plans/documents
Forklift and Bobcat skills/Certifications
Current CDL
Advanced Troubleshooting Skills
Mechanically Inclined
OSHA Certification
MSHAW Certification
Qualifications
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER LICENSE & CLEAN MVR
