Heat Plant Lead
Job Description
Lead team of Heat Plant Operators in performing maintenance of boiler plant. Schedule and coordinate related maintenance activities. The Lead oversees the day-to-day operation of boiler operators who are responsible for the maintenance and operation of the steam plant. The Lead equips, trains, and schedules maintenance functions. The Lead will work closely with all Operations' staff to coordinate campus standards into daily maintenance activities and to schedule necessary assistance for emergency maintenance needs.

Qualifications:
NASOE - Stationary High-Pressure Steam Engineer 2nd Class
APPA Supervisor Toolkit
3 years experience high pressure boiler plant operation
OR
Field Related Bachelor's Degree
2 years experience high pressure boiler plant operation
OR
6 years experience high pressure boiler plant operation
(For the Heat Plant Lead 1 , 2 years of general boiler experience may be substituted for 1 year of high pressure boiler plant experience)
