Job Overview
This is an all inbound classified calls and walk in. Working with consumer advertising, announcements, obits and memoriams. You will contact previous consumers via re-solicitation reports. You'll build and maintain relationships with mortuaries and consumers.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Handle all forms of classified ad requests including faxes, emails, phones and walk ins.
Outbound calls to re-solicit all consumer ads
Manage obits, memoriams and death notices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Skills and Abilities
Some experience in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Always have a business appearance
Basic Computer skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
