Consulting Pharmacist
Job Description
Rare opportunity for part-time Consultant Pharmacist. The successful candidate will be a Utah licensed pharmacist and will demonstrate consistent and reliable packaging and labeling the proper dose of methadone, or other medication for take-home distribution to outpatient clinic patients by clinic nurses and as prescribed by the clinic physicians. Following established clinic protocols, ensures accountability in medication dosage and inventory tracking of scheduled drugs. Works with Medical Director, Nurses, Program Director ensuring proper tracking of all medication including adherence to scheduled drug requirements as required by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). Flexible weekend schedule up to 12 hours per week.
Qualifications
Utah Licensed Pharmacist in good standing.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
