Senior AdTech Sales Trainer

Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented Trainer with experience in Digital Media and AdTech sales to join our growing Sales Operations team. The Trainer will be a passionate, knowledgeable, innovative leader for our employees and serve as a key member of the sales operations group at MarketStar. You will balance global organizational oversight with day-to-day accountability for the Digital Media/AdTech training operations function. This role is responsible for the development of MarketStar employees through facilitation of industry-specific sales training in a classroom setting, side-by-side coaching and mentoring through call observation, sales leadership development, and the creation of instructional content to teach and present operational, procedural, and technology workflows. Drawing upon your strong sales background and experience, you will be directly involved in ensuring that our sales teams hit their goals and targets.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:
Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to ensure that training fulfills company objectives
Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify the learning objectives, content development, and delivery of proposed trainings
Participate in meetings and strategy for new client team launches/training initiatives
Develop clear and informative training procedures and materials for all training topics
Partner closely with subject matter experts to build dynamic proprietary content
Help source outside best-in-class Digital Media and AdTech sales content for use within MarketStar
Deliver training to employees via seminar, web or video-based, one-on-one, or group sessions
Develop engaging forward-thinking training delivery methods to better engage our ever-evolving training audience
Work closely with SMEs to develop pre/post quizzes to gauge knowledge-shift
Partner with managers for follow-up on training initiatives 30/60/90 days after training
Partner with Business Intelligence to analyze sales data to identify successes or opportunities for improvement in training
Work directly with the Digital Media and AdTech management team as a strong resource for growth within their org
Create and maintain a training calendar in collaboration with the Digital Media and AdTech leadership team
Train client teams on an ongoing basis
Qualifications
What s required to be considered?
3 or more years of related work experience in Digtial Media/AdTech sales (Learning & Development, Project Management, Inside/Outside Sales)
Ability to translate technical content into classroom training or eLearnings
Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressure
Learning Management System and video conferencing experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Scheduling and coordination experience a plus
Team player / collaborative style / innovativeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
