Scheduling Assistant/Office Manager

Job Description
20 Hr Per Week
This is a part time position that will average 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be needed during busy seasons. Office is located in Uintah, Utah (near South Weber). Must be able to perform some work from home.
We are a fast growing locally owned company that will have many future opportunities!
Hourly pay between $12 and $15 per hour, depending on experience. Pay increases based on performance.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
outbound and inbound calls and emails to schedule window cleanings with current customers, emailing and mailing invoices using Quickbooks accounting software, following up with customers for collections and other billing inquires. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Must be dependable and able to provide excellent customer service!
Qualifications
Must have experience in a customer service role.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must have strong computer skills.
Preferred candidates will have experience with Quick books.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
