Service Adviser

Job Description
Automotive Service Advisers work in repair shops and dealerships greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling, writing up repair orders, suggesting maintenance, providing estimates, collecting money and essentially are the face of the service department through the entire service process. .
Responsibilities
Greet customers, walk around vehicle to inspect damage and/or possible service related repairs, listen to customers description of vehicle problems and determine types of services required. Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, and maintain contact with customers through the whole repair process. Provide customers with quotes for repairs, schedule appointments, work with technicians to determine the vehicle's issues and relay diagnosis to customers. Maintain proper shop flow, cashier upon completion of required services.
Qualifications
Show up for scheduled shift on time.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Be friendly, honest and courteous.
Willing to learn, work hard and complete online training within one month of start date.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Complete a pre-employment drug screen.
Computer/ internet literate.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Pay will depend on experience and work ethic.
Willing to train the right applicant.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
