Customer Service Teller Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Job Description
Check City is looking for an energetic individual to join our team in Ogden. A full-time teller position is available. Check City Representatives will work face to face with customers; help with the issuance of loans, check cashing, and money wire transfer services. Responsibilities
Work face to face with customers
Assist in the issuance of loans including title loans, installment loans and payday loans
Assist clients with other services including cash advance services, check cashing, money orders, bill pay services, etc.
Gain knowledge in tax preparation services
Qualifications
Qualified applicants will have strong customer service, computer and communication skills. English/Spanish speaking representatives are required
