Plumbing Lead I or II
Job Description
NOTE: This position will be filled as a Plumbing Lead I (grade N27) or a Plumbing Lead II (grade N28) depending on candidate qualifications.
The position will lead a team of Plumbers in performing maintenance of campus structural infrastructure. Schedule and coordinate related maintenance activities. The Lead oversees the day-to-day operation of plumbers who are responsible for the maintenance of the building infrastructure. The Lead equips, trains, and schedules maintenance functions. The Lead will work closely with all Operations' staff to coordinate campus standards into daily maintenance activities and to schedule necessary assistance for emergency maintenance needs.
