Journeyman Electrician

Job Description
GCE.Solar is hiring a Utah licensed Journeyman Electrician! We are a fast growing 5 star company, and we pride ourselves in the way we treat our employees like family. We are looking for a hard working, self motivated electrician to join our install crew on residential and commercial projects in Ogden and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay ($26-$30/hr), and benefits after 90 days.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for installing the electrical portion of the PV system including the pv output circuits, junction/combiner boxes, disconnects, inverters, sub panels, and batteries. Performe service upgrades. Consult with customers and building officials. Manage materials used on the job. Ensure the highest quality workmanship and code compliance. Effectively direct and instruct apprentice electricians.
Qualifications
Valid Utah Journeyman Electrician License.
Valid Drivers license.
Reliable transportation.
Able to pass physical and drug test.
Willing to travel some and work overtime.
Knowledge and compliance of local and NEC codes.
Solar experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to lift heavy material such as batteries.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
