Paving Operator
Job Description
Paver Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the
asphalt paver. This position operates paving machines to spread and level hot mix paving material on
subgrade of highways and streets, parking lots and driveways. Working in unison with truck drivers to get them backed into the paver and unloaded smoothly without waiting.

Responsibilities
Operate paver in safe manner
Guide dump truck in and out of the paver
work in unison with the paving crew and foreman
prep paver before and after every job
be on time to work and have a good attitude
will to work a lot of hours in the paving season
Qualifications
3
years of operating a paver
and working on a paving crew
able to pass a drug test
good attitude
safety first alwaysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
