Pipe Layer/Laborer
Job Description
Non - Typical Excavation specializes in commercial excavation, underground utilities and site grading. We are looking for motivated individuals, with any skill level, that are hardworking and willing to learn construction. On the job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Work duties will include shoveling, installing wet and dry utility lines, moving materials, loading and unloading pipe, reading field survey, maintenance, cleanup, and any other tasks that might come up.
Qualifications
General Qualifications are speak English fluently, have own transportation to and from job site, willing and able to work in the elements, and lift over 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Laborer - No experience required. Come ready to work and learn.
Pipe Layer - 1-2 years of experience laying sewer, storm drain, and waterline, Know how to set up grade lazer and shoot grades for purposes of laying pipe to a grade. Know how to use a pipe lazer. Install main lines as well as service lines. Wage will depend on experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
