Job Description
Trace Minerals Research is a vitamin/mineral supplement company dedicated to renewing health and the body. We have been in business for over 40 years selling premium quality supplements to companies across the USA and around the world.

You will work in your own office! M-F 8am-5pm. No weekends, no late nights!
Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, communication with other departments to resolve inquiries.
Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service.
Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required.
Provide and assist with general information and pricing of products and materials.
Follow up with customers regarding current open orders, items placed in will-call and status of back ordered products.
Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience required
Effective and articulate written and verbal communication skills
Must possess a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude, able to handle all situations professionally
Ability to learn about product knowledge and adapt to changes as they occur.
General computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
Positive and upbeat phone and voice etiquette with clear communicationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
