Responsibilities
Lead internet sourced customers through the sale process including selection, test drive, personalization, financing and paperwork
Use Customer Relationship Management tool to effectively track all customer interactions
Effectively educate customers on Garff Benefits
Present customer Deal Structure and additional finance products
Inspect sold vehicles and provide detailed customer vehicle delivery experience
Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
Represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive
Support lot organization and maintenance; including garbage and snow removalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
