Inside Sales Representative

Link Interactive is an industry leading innovator in the DIY Home Security and Automation field looking to add motivated individuals to our team of inside sales Rockstars! Our Inside Sales team works to promote Link Interactive products and services to potential customers; products and services that will save their lives and property!
Responsibilities
A typical day for an inside sales rock star would include:
Communicate: Interacting with prospective customers using a consultative sales approach (we NEVER utilize cold calling). Every prospect you speak with has already shown interest in our products and services
Build Relationships: Setting appointments to speak with and follow up with prospects via email and chat systems
Sell: Maintaining involvement in the full-cycle inside sales role with a strong focus on closing sales
Learn: Uphold and sustain a high degree of Link Interactive product and service expertise
Provide Customer Service: Promote and enhance our company reputation by providing a professional, responsive, involved and top of the line customer experience. We are one of the highest-rated DIY home security providers in the country. You will be proud to be a part of the Link Interactive team!

Qualifications
While we know that all great sales people won't fit the same mold, you should possess the following traits and skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must read or speak English, bilingual in Spanish is even better!
High level of motivation to achieve personal goals and improve earning potential (The sky is the limit!)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade others
Excellent multi-tasking abilites. You will need to talk and type, taking precise notes through interactions with prospects
Committed to providing industry leading service to prospects through consultative sales techniques as well as demonstrating expert level knowledge on the products, packages and services we provide
