Responsibilities
Essential Functions: Dental Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of dental assisting tasks.
Certified CPR preferred, not required
Certified dental assistant w/radio graph certification
Preferred experience working in a dental practice for 1 year as an assistant
Efficient in making temps, applying rubber dams, setting up for procedures, sterilization, taking of X-Rays, taking impressions and pouring up models etc.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications for both positions:
Preferred 1 year in the dental industry, but not required
Computer literacy, Dentrix Ascend software experience a plus
Strong customer service skills
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Reliable and proactive
Professional demeanor
Excellent collaboration and team building skills
Willingness to learnEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
