Responsibilities
This is an entry level sales position and you will be focusing on outbound cold calling, prospecting and lead qualification. You will be responsible to call small to mid-size businesses to introduce our software solutions. You will develop and qualify sales prospects, schedule demo appointments for our Sales Executives, update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and ultimately help identify sales prospects. You will also be responsible to maintain the online sales chat system.
Qualifications
Tools to be proficient in:
Outbound & cold calling experience, customer service & the ability to build rapport over the phone, Windows, MAC, excellent verbal & written communication skills, negotiation skills, and sales skills.
