Internet Consultant/BDC Rep
Job Description
We are expanding our BDC (business development center) to accommodate for the amount of traffic we have been experiencing. We are currently a team of two and would like to make it a team of three with your help.
This is NOT a sales position.
Your primary responsibility is to answer incoming internet leads, consisting of phone traffic, instant messenger, and email form application.
This is a new department to the store so new responsibilities are possible. Looking for someone open to adaptation.
Most of your time will be spent at a desk behind a computer screen, answering questions for customers. However, you may be asked to help customers with their new vehicles.
