Welding Production Supervisor
Job Description
Seeking Production Supervisor for our Welding Department. Exempt Salaried at $45,000 to $50,000 annually. Paid holidays and vacation. Medical, dental and vision benefits offered. 401K offered.
Production Schedule is 6am to 2:
30pm unless overtime is required. If required, hours are 6am to 4:
30pm. Saturday work may be required.
Responsibilities
Supervise hourly associates within welding and paint department. Write performance evaluations and performance improvement plans. Motivate associates and build a positive team environment. Accomplish daily production goals, promote safe work practices, and produce high quality / low cost results.
Qualifications
Seeking skills in both personnel leadership and production management.
Must have experience in previous leadership/management positions.
Must have skills supervising employees and assisting with employee relations issues.
College education beneficial; however, may be substituted by experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
