We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality whole also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while staying in our park.

Responsibilities
Keep front desk tidy and presentable
Greet and Welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls
Receive letters and packages
Check and answer emails.
Keep files and records updated.
Other duties as they are assigned
Qualifications
Need to have some experience with customer service
Familiar with office machines such as fax, printers and copiers
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping
Cash handling experience
Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Excellent know of MS Office programs
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem solving skills
Additional Information

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
