Workforce Staffing needs someone who is hard working, educated, smart, quick thinking, and experienced. The hours will be 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM at first; pay depends on experience!
Job Description: The Shipping / Maintenance Clerk is responsible for providing support to the engineering and maintenance department. The primary focus of this position will be shipping, organizing, data entry, stocking of spare parts inventory. This is a hands-on position with extensive interaction with production and maintenance.
Duties:
-Look up parts using spreadsheets and/or online tools.
-Organize hundreds of maintenance parts by size (including sprockets, belts, bushings, bearings, motors, etc.).
-Create and manage bin locations and inventory data.
-Clean and organize inventory, stock room, and equipment.
-Cycle count inventory.
-Print labels.
-Prepare and setup shipments for parcel and LTL.
Min. Requirements:
-Experience with inventory control.
-Able to perform light lifting, prolonged periods of standing or walking, stair climbing.
-Experience with Microsoft Office Excel.
-Detail oriented, able to comprehend and consider all aspects of maintaining inventory accurately both physically and electronically, and working to improve organization and professionalism of department.
-Experience with shipping and receiving functions, including scheduling pickups, measuring and weighing pallets and packages, creating bills of lading, and shipping labels.
-Able to follow directions, willing to ask questions, willing to take notes to avoid mistakes.
-Able to arrive on time each and every day as scheduled.
Additional skill sets desired:
-Experience working in a Food Safe environment.
-Experience operating pallet jack, hand truck, fork lift, electric stock cart, and other material handling tools.
-Experience with maintenance parts and MRO operations.
-Able to work efficiently and thorough.
-Able to multi-task and prioritize.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
