Weber State Credit Union is looking for a full time Member Sales & Service Representative to accurately process financial transactions and be an effective source of information for our members via a variety of channels. Member Sales & Service Representatives (tellers) are the primary contact point for our members and the hub of their financial interactions with WSCU. Our next teller will process financial
High school degree or equivalent is required. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, solid interpersonal skills, and function well as part of a team. Candidates must also demonstrate ability to effectively manage time, resources and personal ability to provide outstanding member service. A well suited applicant will be proficient in fully utilizing desktop and mobile devices for communication and work duties.

Responsibilities
transactions; research, troubleshoot, and resolve member inquiries regarding policies, practices, and products; and recognize and offer time and financial savings for our members. MSSRs should be enthusiastic and outgoing, and must be able to listen for, recognize, and act on opportunities to assist members in their financial well-being; including offering financial products as appropriate to members' needs. This position is full-time, 9am to 6pm, from Monday through Friday. The position is for the Main Branch.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
