General Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Aerospace Engineering & Support, Inc has been in operation for 32 years in Aerospace Manufacturing. We are looking for a person that has experience in Maintenance and Repairs for our facility. The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site s business goals and objectives. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to company buildings
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on machinery, buildings and vehicles
Perform mechanic skills, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Perform a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Basic Welding skills
Snow Removal for company parking lots
Repair and maintain sprinkler systems
Must have a valid driver s license
Qualifications

Entry Level Position
Starting Salary $14.00 an hour
Monday through Friday 7am to 3:
30 pm
Candidate will be subject to a criminal back ground checkEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
