We are currently looking for a talented individual that will take us to the next level as a Marketing Director. Great hours (8-5 Mon- Fri) and a warm family atmosphere. Qualified individual must be business minded, driven, ethical, teachable, and have the desire to succeed.
About the Job
Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:
Use strategic online statistics to develop strong, visually appealing marketing strategies for print advertising.
Significant experience with Google marketing products, measurements, and capabilities.
Skilled in production of world-class brochures and marketing campaigns to aggressively promote the sale of TLP products nationwide. Helpful if skills also include video or audio production.
Works directly with Sale Management to choose specific markets for a campaign and the appropriate promotion for each market.
Produces marketing plans including long-term strategies, short-term tactics and budgets.
Develop comprehensive plans for new product launches.
Plans advertising and promotional media campaigns: including print, digital marketing and special events.
Tracks project costs to control expenses.
Pro-active communication with field sales, solicits feedback regarding new market trends and market reaction to promotional activities in order to recommend strategy adjustments.
Ability to organize and prioritize work activities and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to make practical decisions without substantial direction or advance preparation.
Ability to legally work within the United States.
The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following:
Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a four (4) year degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 2 - 4 years' progressively responsible experience.
Ability to generate new, creative, concepts combining various other materials.
Experience developing project plans, coordinating projects, communicate changes and progress, and complete projects on time and under budget.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Capable of using different software to create progressive marketing pieces using personal graphic design expertise.
Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite utilized to communicate with customers, prepare reports and correspondence.
