Sizable bonus opportunities are available for high production during the first three years of agent contracting.
Numerous other bonus opportunities are in place, including annual profit bonuses.
There are incentives for completing additional industry education.
You will have an opportunity to qualify for annual trips to exotic destinations around the globe for you and your guest.
Paid training is available for up to four months through Kelly OCG, a non-affiliated third party company.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience a plus but not required
Energetic self starter who can easily build relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desire to learn and be the best at what you do
Current and valid insurance license or eligibility for licensure required
Willingness to submit to criminal background and credit check
Authorized to work in the United States, and either US citizen or permanent resident.
