In Ogden, we're working with consumer electronics LARGEST players! We are looking to fill an Administrative Marketing Assistant position immediately! This position is currently part-time, but will expand to full time as the company continues to grow and expand.
Duties Include:
Assisting the President/CEO in all daily tasks
Flexibility in performing other tasks as needed
Reviewing resumes, and seeking our appropriate applicants
Pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews
Maintaining ad's, and posting job postings to various outlets
Skills Needed:
Able to learn various job descriptions in order to efficiently review resumes for positions posted
Flexibility in schedule
Basic office and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to juggle various activities at once, and prioritize tasks
