SUMMARY
Calibrate and maintain in proper working condition, Measurement & Test Equipment and Instrumentation. Follow written procedures with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Read, understand and follow written procedures that outline the calibration of Measurement & Test Equipment.
Read, understand and follow written procedures that outline the disposition of equipment that is new, no longer needed, lost destroyed, etc. or requires a status change.
Participate in the team effort to ensure that all Measurement & Test Equipment in the plant is calibrated in a professional and timely fashion. The desire and ability to work well with others is a must.
Perform environmental testing per written procedures. This may include Air Flow, Particulate Testing, Heppa Filter Integrity Testing, Air Change Rate Testing, etc. and any other such tests that are required to support and maintain the manufacturing environment.
Perform tests in support of Validations and Qualification protocols.
Create and maintain Equipment History Files. Documentation shall be done exactly as outlined in written procedures.
Correctly and consistently update the Calibration System Database.
Responsible for the quality and accuracy of all work.
Responsible for performing all work in a timely manner and leaving the work area in a clean and tidy condition.
Maintain general housekeeping of working area and plant.
Follow all Fresenius Policies.
Regular attendance and maintaining a good attendance record is an essential function of the job

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures. Employee shall be qualified through training, education or experience to work unsupervised. This person must be qualified to work independently or as part of a group in order to complete all assigned tasks. The employee must be capable of comprehending and employing all of the disciplines of Metrology this includes: tolerance ratio's, technical specifications, mathematical conversion principles of pressure, torque, temperature, percentage, mA Loops, etc. Basic understanding of RS232, RS485 and IEEE digital communication conventions are a plus.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Calculating ratios, M(x)
b slopes, and conversion of Temperature, Pressure, Force, etc. from one unit of measure to another is a daily requirement. Understanding of the metric system is a must.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
