BAE Systems will support the Air Force through Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) on the
Reentry Support Equipment Replacement (RSER) Program. The RSER Program is to
build a replacement to the current aging Low Frequency Instrumentation Console (LFIC), Radio Frequency Instrumentation Console (RFIC),Test Control Station (TCS), and Interface Adapter Units (IAUs) with a system
based on a common architecture, such as the DoD Families of Automatic Test Systems (ATSs) and new Test Program Sets (TPSs). which will be used to check-out MK12A and MK21 Arming and Fuzing Assemblies.
RSER Project Technical Manager (Engineer) will provide additional support to the ICBM
Systems Directorate Program Manager and Engineers. Support will span over the
design, development, integration, testing, qualification and deployment of all
Hardware and Software.
Responsibilities
Include:
1. Serve in the capacity of the BAE RSER Project Technical
Manager (Engineer) A&AS Lead.
2. Oversee the team of BAE Engineers and provide direction.
3. Support the Government Program Manager
4. Capable of independently managing the RSER technical baseline and
requirements.
5. Provide technical analysis and generate technical inputs for program reviews
and decisions.
6. Provide insight and support problem resolution
7. Support Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) phase
8. Support production phase through Full Operational Capability (FOC)
9. Support design, proof manufacturing processes of equipment, and production
planning.
10. Support Quality Assurance testing and sell-off as required.
11. Lead technical meetings as required.
12. Responsible for tasks and will be accountable for the technical quality,
content and results of the projects.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Bachelor Degree or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Must have seven (7) years of Progressive Technical experience
Experience with ATS test/support equipment
Must be proficient in MS Office
Must have or be able to obtain a Security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Education
1. Knowledge of Reentry Vehicle/Arming and Fuzing Assembly (AFA) Test Sets
2. Knowledge of Reentry Vehicle/ AFA hardware
