1. Applies knowledge of and experience with highly complex technological concepts in electronic, electrical, mechanical, aeronautical, and related technological disciplines to prepare and accept specifications, design and production documentation, test plans and procedures.
2. Conducts studies concerned with the design, production, integration, operation, maintenance and test of highly complex systems, equipment and components. Analyzes and provides inputs to review boards. Prepares and presents original concepts related to the above.
3. Conducts studies and analyses of highly complex technical documentation to determine conformance with performance, operational, maintenance and training documentation and specifications. Provides coordinated impact reports of issues relative to the above family of documentation. Provides recommendations on resolution of such issues.
4. Prepares or analyzes highly complex test plans and procedures to assure that technical and operational requirements are properly demonstrated. Participates in test conduct and related data gathering and analysis. Assembles test packages, and conducts total package review to assure test package integrity. Prepares recommendations and corrective action requirements reports.
5. Designs and participates in development and production system trails, observes system operation and describes problems encountered. Prepares recommendations for acceptance, failure and retest. Participates on test evaluation review boards. Provides recommendations on process improvement and potential resource savings.
6. Coordinates or monitors the review of engineering change proposals, trouble and failure reports, and corrective action reports. Provides recommendations for action. Participates on engineering change review boards.
7. Provides independent recommendations for task expansion, increased efficiency, and performance improvement. Prepares related cost impact assessments. Maintains high profile customer contact for improving liaison and good technical and programmatic relationships.
8. Prepares and gives presentations to management and customers.
9. Provides technological and programmatic leadership in support of management and customer contacts.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: High School/GED
Required work
Experience: 5 years or more of ICBM Technical Data Handling and or Equipment Specialist experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
