10eighty Media is a fast paced environment where top performers are well rewarded. All promotions at 10eighty Media come from within and are solely based on merit and performance. Top performers can move from an entry level role to a management role from within 6 - 18 months. We are looking to fill 2 management positions by the end of 2013.
A 4 year degree is preferred however 10eighty Media's management training program can take individuals with NO experience and teach them basic sales and business fundamentals.
You must be highly motivated to succeed, with a confident and outgoing personality and a drive to learn.
Additional requirements:
Self-Driven, competitive drive with strong work ethic
Strong desire to exceed all sales and performance expectations
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
This is an entry level marketing position. All college graduates are encouraged to apply.
