Affinity's Behavior Analysts supervise Interventionists working with young children with autism using ABA, and consult with families regarding their children. Behavior Analysts complete assessments and develop training plans and behavior support plans that are implemented by the Interventionists.
BCBA certification OR a Masters Degree in a related field and training and/or experience in behavior analysis OR a Psychologist with training and/or experience in behavior analysis. Experience in working with children with autism is also important.
