Industrial Customer Service/Counter Sales

Norco, Inc is seeking an Industrial Customer Service Representative to work in our Ogden, UT store. Ideal candidate will have good background with computers, be an energetic, motivated, self-starter with excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills are also required. The primary responsibilities of the Industrial Customer Service Representative will include:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
Efficiently assess customer needs for product or services
Sell welding and safety products and services to customers
Process customer orders and accurately input into the computer
Research products needed for customer special applications
Research and expedite customer back orders
Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation
Communicate with Purchasing Department regarding any special order needs
Issue product sales quotes to customers
Previous experience with welding and/or safety equipment & supplies is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual.
