Answer all calls including inquiries and greet customers in a welcoming manner to initiate positive visits.
Has the ability to resolve customer's concerns and requests.
Has the ability to accurately file documents in the database to maintain an accurate record keeping process and faster data retrieval (record-keeping).
Has the ability to effectively communicate with and perform all job duties requested by management.
Safe-keep all pertinent and confidential information of the Company.
Has the knowledge and skills in operating office machines and computer software as required.
Possess punctuality and maintains a reliable work schedule that fosters a dependable environment for clients and team members.
Has the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ensure cleanliness and organization is properly maintained throughout the foyer.
Create a fun and inviting environment for all office team members.
Highly proficient in all social media platforms, with a willingness to post the goings on of the company.
Offer tours of the historic building our company occupies.
Qualifications Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Flexible and adaptable.
Dependable with strong time management skills.
Shows initiative and is energetic.
Must be professional in both appearance and demeanor.
Comprehensive knowledge of different social media platforms for content creation is an advantage.
