Responsibilities:
Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions Provide and oversee exceptional customer service and education to all customers Assist customers in selecting/deisigning and purchasing fine jewelry pieces.
Including sourcing diamonds, gemstones, and other specific customer requests.
Work with customers in person and over the phone Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and interactions Maintain a high closure rate with customers in person and over the phone Assist with opening and closing the store Operate standard office equipment regularly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fine jewelry industry Strong communication skills A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers Knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals Attention to detail when assisting customers and Experience with a CRM is a plus Looking for candidates with open availability.
We are open Monday - Friday 10am -6pm, and Saturday 10 am - 2pm and we need someone who can be available during those hours.
