Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, customer service, and employee scheduling.
- Set and maintain competitive pricing for products and services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of shop employees.
- Supervise and train shop staff to ensure high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a shop manager or assistant manager is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in math for handling financial transactions and inventory management.
