ObjectiveResponsiveTrustedThe Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among othersOur support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event preventionSPA has an immediate need for a Tech Writer/Program Analyst to support the on-site SPA team at Hill AFB, UTThe Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Group (SIG) supports the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center in the acquisition of the LGM-35A Sentinel (GBSD) ICBM weapon systemSIG delivers program management, systems engineering, and subject matter expertise to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable strategic nuclear weapon systemResponsibilities SPA is seeking an experienced Program Analyst-Technical Editor/Writer to support the Sentinel Program Execution Division, Process and Control sectionProgram Execution is the hub of all programmatic activities for the Sentinel Program Office and is responsible for integrating functional expertise across the program office to inform programmatic decisions and support program executionThe Program Analyst will provide technical expertise to the government customer in developing and maintaining robust program processesResponsibilities include documenting, developing, editing, coordinating program processes, document reviews, preparing documents for approval, and publishing documents internallyQualifications Required:
o 7
years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5
years of experience with a Master's degree.
o Must be a U.
SCitizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
o Understanding of DoD/DoE acquisition and publications/document management processes.
o Technical editing and configuration management skills; experience drafting acquisition documents, charters, processes, and planso Advanced grammar language, writing, punctuation, editing practices, and style practiceso Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, template creation, and styles creation hierarchal numbering, and form field completion suite Desired:
o ICBM weapon system/program support experience.
o SharePoint site administration experience.
o Jira/Confluence experience.
o Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
