years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5
years of experience with a Master's degree.

SCitizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
o Understanding of DoD/DoE acquisition and publications/document management processes.
o Technical editing and configuration management skills; experience drafting acquisition documents, charters, processes, and planso Advanced grammar language, writing, punctuation, editing practices, and style practiceso Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, template creation, and styles creation hierarchal numbering, and form field completion suite Desired:
o ICBM weapon system/program support experience.
o SharePoint site administration experience.
o Jira/Confluence experience.
o Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
