You will work directly with the Office Manager and Owners to ensure all office tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and some experience managing clerical responsibilities.
Responsibilities Answering phones and responding to emails.
Customer service Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Perform receptionist duties.
Data entry into QuickBooks Desktop Scanning and filing Qualifications Needs to have excellent customer service skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.
) Some knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software but does not need to be proficient.
Experience in scheduling/updating calendars.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Self-managed and motivated
