Responsibilities:
Manage daily responsibilities of delivery teams for both Logan and Ogden pharmacies Daily and weekly collection of operational data and performance report assessments.
Manage all delivery metrics for Logan and Ogden pharmacies Daily communication with teams Supervision of deliveries to ensure product quality assurance is being conducted Ensuring daily vehicle inspections
safety measures are met Responsible for the delivery department accomplishing delivery and quality standards Conducts ride behinds and evaluations of contractors to determine skill levels and development opportunities Ensures that maintenance of all delivery and service vehicles are completed Oversees the scheduling to ensure the delivery department achieves all daily goals Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with all team members and other pharmacy staff Oversees the pharmacy's inventory control processes to ensure the inventory's integrity is maintained Ensuring drivers abide by federal/state laws, Recommending strategies to generate resources and increase productivity.
Management responsibilities including, but not limited to, workers compensation, new hire interviewing, conducting training for efficiencies and overall safety culture, etc.
Administer proper discipline when necessary.
Maintain drivers' attendance records, sick days, vacation, etc.
Maintain and update payroll utilizing timekeeping software.
Effectively manage all aspects of the delivery department.
Respond to all inquiries and complaints concerning all aspects of the delivery process.
Ensures that team maintains a positive customer
Experience:
Positively responding to customer inquiries, complaints and resolving delivery concerns in accordance with customer requirements
Qualifications:
At least 2 years transportation/delivery experience.
Supervisory experience leading an hourly workforce is required.
Ability to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, Analytic and Reporting skills Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment Must be able to use, or learn to use, all equipment, vehicle tracking, vehicle safety telematics, and routing systems.
Proficient PC skills using MS Office (Spreadsheet and word processing) and other various computer systems.
Strong organizational skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
