This position is a key leadership nursing administration position which supports and executes the responsibilities, goals and objectives of the Director of Nursing and the organization.

Qualifications LPN or RN License required.
BLS Certification required.
Must have excellent problem solving skills.
Must have possess excellent critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of SNF regulations and standards of practice in SNF's preferred.
Previous experience in long-term care or Rehab facility preferred Wound Care experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with co-workers and other department staff as well as patients and families in a professional manner.
Self-motivated, extroverted and enthusiastic individual who is self-directed.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
Ability to project a professional image.
