Schedule:
Part-Time / 12-15 hours a week Mon - Friday Compensation:
$18 - $19 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
Daily inspection of the property, morning and evening Ensure all units are locked properly Maintain a clean appearance of the facility Blowing all asphalt to maintain cleanliness (commercial blower provided) Greet and interact with tenants in a positive and friendly manner Show units and property to prospective tenants when necessary Meet contractors onsite Follow up with management on special projects/tasks
Qualifications:
Responsible High attention to detail Punctual/timeliness Honesty and integrity Pride in ownership and appearance Organized Manage heavy equipment.
