The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the executive office, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
This position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and financial documentation for multiple businesses Maintain the organization of files, documents, and schedules Coordinate the sending of referral gifts to clients Handle the delivery of packages to the post office or clients as needed Assist executives with various ad-hoc tasks and projects Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the executive team to ensure efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
