You would be able to work as much or as little as you choose.
Many opportunities have advanced notification; however, there are times when we need a substitute immediately.
We have daycare through 9th grade on our campus; however, you may choose which grade levels you prefer to work with.
Duties may include the following depending on the assignment:
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool-9th grade children - Follow school policies, programs, and expectations to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development - Provide individualized instruction and support to students who may require additional assistance, such as tutoring or special education services - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to implement curriculum plans - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Foster positive relationships with students, and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children is helpful - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children Note:
