Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for the service /parts coordinator is to schedule service, provide exceptional customer service, order parts & supplies and assist with service as needed.
Job Duties Include:
Responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing parts & supplies Prepare work orders, schedule & communicate with technicians regarding service work & parts Keep shop clean Assist other team members as needed Greet customers & assess service/parts needs; provide repair recommendation and quotes Establish and maintain great customer relationships to encourage repeat & referral business Work with CSR & sales team to ensure accurate receivable/payable Maintain an accurate inventory of parts Assist with service & hose builds when needed Perform other related duties as Skills/
Qualifications:
Mechanical Knowledge preferred Strongly motivated with an ability to multi-task Ability to learn new concepts & use technical materials Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Professional, superior customer service skills Detailed oriented Proficient computer skills preferred Schedule:
Monday - Friday
