About the Position:
We are seeking an engaging, compassionate, and self-motivated Family Services Consultant.
As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to find your career path while helping families through a very difficult time of their lives.
As a Family Services Consultant, you will be responsible for explaining and discussing Leavitt's services and solutions, seeking to understand each family and their needs, and consulting on which services would be the best fit.
This role will place a high priority on outstanding customer service and support.
As such, being able to communicate effectively and professionally, while speaking kindly and personably are particularly desirable traits.
This position offers a Competitive Commission-Based Pay Structure.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Leverage the knowledge of your team members, our tools, and ongoing development opportunities to become an expert on our services and plans.
Connect with families, consulting them on their options and which services will best meet their needs.
Manage relationships with customers and proactively provide assistance to families.
Embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
Work collaboratively across our organization and share best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience working with individuals and families in a supportive capacity.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Detail oriented, organized, and highly motivated.
Compassionate, caring and dependable.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative and able to problem solve.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$65,000.
00 - $85,000.
00 per year Schedule:
Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types:
Bonus opportunities Commission pay Work Location:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
