Entry Level IT Help Desk Region:
Western, USA MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deployment and support of all desktop, and network infrastructure as assigned by leadership and our third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP) Create, Modify and support our desktop and online/hosted software implementations.
Be the primary first tier off application support.
Act as our hosted software provider liaison and support lead Create new business process solutions in Smartsheet and other applications at HHI Provide first line help-desk support for operating systems, hardware, software, and printers.
Assess situations that need to be passed onto System Administrator.
Provide support and maintenance for Printers and document scanners Maintain cybersecurity best practices Automate repetitive processes with PowerShell Assist with management of mobile devices.
Maintain accurate records of computers and IT-related inventory Documentation of IT processes and procedures and improvements Research new equipment and software purchases KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Must be able to work with government and non-government personnel in a professional and clear manner.
Be able to work with different trades and construction focuses to ensure a safe and working digital environment without limiting the company s ability to complete work.
Must be able to properly communicate over the phone and in writing to upper management to include Owners, PM s, Superintendents, and Managers.
Qualifications 1
years of system administration/help desk experience.
Knowledge of good Cyber Security Practices preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory domain Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and Windows Deployment Services or other workstation deployment software Experience with Atlassian/Jira Service Desk or equivalent help desk system.
Basic knowledge of smartsheet or equivalent online business process applications Basic knowledge of Procore, Upkeep, My Workforce Go a plus Basic knowledge of network management Strong troubleshooting abilities Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments Ability to prioritize IT tickets and issues and handle them in a timely manner Hardware troubleshooting and replacement Ability to search through articles and forums online to find answers to technical questions Ability to self-manage and manage time effectively Good research habits and willingness to learn what you do not already know adapt/learn things quickly Honest and dependable with good interpersonal skills Ability to travel to remote sites when necessary Basic budgeting skills Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills Must pass government security clearance standards and be authorized to work in the United States Must pass pre-employment drug screen test if hired Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
