As the IT Support Analyst, you will provide complete software and hardware support in a multi-platform manufacturing environment in addition to deploying user and manufacturing computing hardware and related accessories, overseeing software installations and patching/upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages, and maintaining hardware and software inventory documentation.
This position requires cross-functional partnership and communication, both formally and informally, with end users, managers, and third-party support vendors.
This position is located in Ogden, Utah.
Responsibilities:
Accurately prioritize, triage, and resolve incoming support requests promptly, keeping pace with targeted closure goals.
Provide desktop support services, including provisioning/de-provisioning and configuring PCs & laptops and troubleshooting for end-user issues.
Maintain frequent communication with peers on the IT team to drive awareness of issues or changing processes/standards.
Participate in drafting/revising technical support documentation.
Engage 3rd party support partners as required.
Participate in local/division system implementation projects and introduction of new technologies.
Required Experience At least 3
years of experience working in an IT environment.
Experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing a high volume of requests daily and multi-task effectively.
Proven working experience logging and triaging calls/incidents in a ticketing system in a timely manner.
Deep working knowledge of the broad range of information technology services, specifically PC-related software, and operating systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Working experience effectively operating independently and with all levels of employees in written and oral communications.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
